Finca Rural La Llum
Finca La Llum is newly built, May 2008, made with recovered materials; demolition stone, wood and modern materials such as concrete floor and iron for protection, blended in perfect harmony. From its junction born Finca La Llum, this special home where simplicity is seen inside, light and large spaces which allow a nice moment.
The house has 500 square meters spread over two floors, both with central heating (underfloor heating). It has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor, we find a living room with fireplace, along with a kitchen and large dining room, plus two bedrooms, one double and one twin, fourth storage room with washing machine.
The house is rented entirely and has a capacity of 22 people staying in different rooms.
The plot is 12500 square meters of pine and olive trees. Features a bath and pool, gazebo and barbecue beside a cultivated garden. The land enjoys native herbs that make the stay complete for all the senses.
