Casa Balcón de Biar

Balcon Biar Cottage is a house on one level of 120m². The interior consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and wood burner, three bedrooms, two double and one double, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is equipped with heating in all rooms, hot water, TV, kitchen utensils, blankets and duvets.

In the outer find a large garden with barbecue and pool from which we can see beautiful views of the Villa de Biar, which is governed by an imposing Almohad thirteenth-century castle.

Minimum stay of 2 nights. Maximum capacity of the house 6, heating, swimming pool in summer, 3 bedrooms one double and two double, 1 bathroom. Pets are not allowed.

The cuisine of Biar emphasizes the use of herbs for dishes like gazpacho the pebrella is used. We have a variety of rice cooking in various ways, "arròs wines", another typical dish is the "olleta" and also cooked as a paella. In holiday season especially, typical pastas and flirty, butter, rolls of anise, almond, rum rolls especially in these Moors and Christians are made. At Christmas nougat, sugared almonds, rosemary honey is made. In addition Biar has extensive options to suit the taste and pocket of each person.
