The sanctuary consists of three naves, the central covered with vaults, coated with stucco and fresco, with ribs on whose keys represent the sun, Biar shield and shield of Aragon and aisles that are chapels covered with blind domes on pendentives. The presbytery is rectangular, raised by three steps of white marble and delimited an iron railing.

The overall decor is neoclassical. Stressing on the cruise four scallops with frescoes of great artistic value Belando Tomas year 1757. Cover is rococo.
As usual in Marian shrines in our area, the altar has a chapel which, together with the trasaltar, form their own space, isolated, where the image of the Virgin is housed. This piece is the work of Valencian sculptor Juan Estellés and are interested ornamental drawings and plaster carvings, gold-trimmed, of slightly modernist French taste. This delicate work was built by the probate will of Margarita, Maria Gracia and Candela i Cristina Crespo sisters, placing the foundation stone on March 1, 1915. The infrastructure works were executed by builders of the town, under the direction of D. Remigio Gracía hermit. The ornamentation of its interior was in charge of the prestigious Valencian artist Juan Estellés. The marbles of its socket ran workshops by Miguel E. Nebot, Monóvar. Annexed to this building housing the hermit observed, and next to it the guesthouse was for some years residence of the Capuchin Franciscan religious order remained in Biar for 321 years.
